[Ultimatum] PoE 3.14 Necromancer Summon Carrion Witch Budget Build

This PoE 3.14 Necromancer Summon Carrion guide is probably the cheapest possible carrion starter build, yet powerful Carrion Golem build out there with over 12 Million DPS. Keep in mind this is still not a 10 chaos build, it needs a certain amount of investment. But compared with the aura version, this version is cheaper and even available for newer players.

Recommend Spectre

1 Carnage Chieftain, 1 Host Chieftain

Both can be found in Act 7 Ashen Fields.

They of Tul - reduces damage taken. Can be found in Thul’s Breach.

Undying Evangelist - protection bubble for everyone. Act 3 Sceptre of God

For 3 Spectres i would use 2 Carnage and 1 Host.

Gear Setup

Unique: Clayshaper, Shavronne's Wrappings, Astramentis, Profane Proxy, Darkness Enthroned

For other rare gear just find high es and res

Nice Ghastly Eye Jewel should be:

+35 to maximum ES
Minions deal 20% increased Damage if you've used a Minion Skill Recently
Minions have 6% increased Attack Speed
Minions have 6% increased Cast Speed
Minions deal 14 to 17 additional Physical Damage

Don't forget Taunt and Blind on Hit with Attacks mods

Large Cluster: get Renewal and Rotten Claws

Medium Luster: get First Among Equals and Replenishing Presence

For the gear i would prioritize:

1) Tabula Rasa and any levelling gear
2) lvl.20: Astramentis (it's only to solve DEX/STR problems for now)
3) lvl.35: Meginord's Vise
4) lvl.41: 2x Clayshapers
5) lvl.41+: Useful abyssal jewels or Primordial Eminence
6) lvl.52: Profane Proxy if it’s not too expensive
7) lvl.80+: Buy Shavronne Cards The Offering or just Shav if you are rich. At this point you should be able to respec into full ES and get rid of all life rolls on gear.
8) lvl.80-85: second Large Cluster
9) lvl.90+: Primordial Might and Anima stone, optimizing reservation
10) lvl.91+: +3 Helm for 4th Spectre, enchants, higher ES/chaos res gear

Early Levelling Gear / Skills

Levelling is your standard minion build. Zombies..Raging Spirits. Spectres.

I prefer Zombies with Spectres.

Carrion Golems can be acquired at lvl.34

At 35 you should buy this: Meginord's Vise. It will solve your Strength problem, till you can afford to buy Astramentis

At 41, 2x Clayshapers: Clayshaper, grab Golem Commander passive on the tree. 

And you can just go into full GOLEM MODE. Don’t forget to keep zombies, as they buff your golems.

Don't be afraid to spec into temporary +30 str/dex nodes.

There are a few cheap 6L body armours that you can use instead of Tabula:

Cloak of Flame, Ambu's Charge, Icetomb, Lightbane Raiment. Just pay attention to colors! You need red sockets. I’ve used Ambu's Charge till i got Shav.
